To network with fellow CCL volunteers while you develop your lobbying and advocacy skills. In Mark Reynolds’ words, “Our advanced lobbying training focuses on the human element of working with people: creating opportunities from obstacles, listening, building rapport, and not being limited by one’s predisposed view of other people or their predisposed view of you.” That kind of training will prove valuable in all aspects of your life…not just in your work with CCL.
Ed Roberts Campus at 3075 Adeline Street in Berkeley, CA - directly adjacent to the Ashby BART station.
